StockTi respects your privacy and your right to control how your personal information is used. This page explains your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Our Current Practices
StockTi does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioral analytics tools that would constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate our platform:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis only. They are not sold or shared.
- Contact form submissions: If you contact us through our contact form, we retain your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. This information is never sold or shared.
- Watchlist data: Your stock watchlist is stored entirely in your browser using localStorage. It never reaches our servers.
Your Rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted above, we do not currently sell or share personal information.
- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If Our Practices Change
If StockTi introduces advertising, analytics, or other services that involve the sale or sharing of personal information in the future, we will update this page with a clear opt-out mechanism and notify users through our Privacy Policy.
