Aureus Greenway to Acquire Powerus in Strategic Drone Shift, Secures $9M Funding
Aureus Greenway Holdings has entered into an agreement to purchase autonomous systems manufacturer Powerus via an all-stock transaction, aiming to take the combined entity public on the Nasdaq. The deal includes a $9 million private placement and a $50 million investment commitment from South Korea's KCGI.
